General Terms and Conditions

Fees and Deposits

Applicable to events/venues:

  • 50% of the venue hire fee to be paid up front with the balance 2 weeks before your function.
  • Venue Fees are non-refundable if cancelled.
  • No beverages are permitted to be brought in to Bosheuvel Estate.
  • Service staff; waiters, barmen and runners are quoted separately
  • Extra facilities such as live entertainment, decor, linen or equipment is quoted separately to the venue hire fee.
  • Venue hire fees are subject to change at any time.
  • An additional refundable deposit must be paid up front in full. Deposit is refunded if venue is left clean and in good condition.
