The Bosheuvel Deli

A percentage of Pinzgauers are selected from the herd on the farm for slaughtering purposes as well as pork and lamb. These animals have only been fed on grass and vegetables with no growth stimulants or hormones.  They are slaughtered under stress-free conditions and then dry-aged on the bone for at least 21 days. This ageing method ensures flavour and consistently delicious products. Orders can take up to 3 days depending on demand. All orders placed are packaged and labelled as per our client’s preferences.

Our deli has been built to provide our growing customer base with a friendly, country shopping experience, right here on the farm, straight from the farmer. The deli stocks all the products produced here on the farm namely veef, pork, lamb, cheeses, honey and preserves and we supply to the general public as well as our restaurant. Other items periodically for sale are scarves, ornaments, paintings, bead and wire art, coffee/tea mugs and many more exciting items.

Spend the Night 

Bosheuvel now has a beautiful nine bedroom on suite Boutique Hotel for overnight stays and a variety of venues for functions.
A separate events menu offers delicious catering options whether you are in the wine cellar, at Kelly's View, on the Deck, utilizing our conference faculties, seated in the large atrium or just in the gardens we can make your event unique.

We welcome you to stay over and enjoy the "straight from the farmer" atmosphere but with all the comforts of a modern and sophisticated Establishment
